1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses ChatLaunchApp. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Because we generate and, on request, publish apps to app stores on your behalf, misuse can put your apps - and our developer accounts - at risk. By using the service you agree not to do any of the following.

2. Prohibited content

Don’t use ChatLaunchApp to build, generate, or publish apps that:

3. Prohibited conduct

4. App-store compliance

Apps you publish through us must comply with the rules of the destination stores, including the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and the Google Play Developer Program Policies. You are responsible for your app’s compliance; we may decline or remove submissions that put compliance - or our store accounts - at risk.

5. Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for the apps you create and publish, the content and data they handle, and any claims arising from them. Make sure you have the rights to everything you submit, and provide accurate information for store submissions.

6. Enforcement

If we believe you’ve violated this AUP, we may - with or without notice, depending on severity - remove content, halt or unpublish apps, suspend builds, or suspend or terminate your account. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities.

7. Reporting abuse

To report an app or account that may violate this policy, email support@chatlaunch.app with details.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP as the service and store rules evolve. We’ll post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
