1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [Legal Entity Name] (“ChatLaunchApp”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. The service
ChatLaunchApp generates native mobile applications from your plain-language descriptions and, at your request, helps build, sign, and submit them to app stores. The service is available to users worldwide. It relies on automated systems and may evolve over time.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
4. Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of the descriptions and materials you provide (“Your Content”) and of the application source code we generate for you. Your app is yours - you can export the full source at any time, with no lock-in.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and improve the service and to deliver your apps. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you submit.
5. Our intellectual property
The ChatLaunchApp platform, website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our brand or platform beyond using the service as intended.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or apps that violate it.
7. Publishing on your behalf
If you ask us to publish, you authorize us to build, sign, and submit your app to the relevant stores on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your app and its content comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of Apple and Google. We may decline or halt a submission that we believe violates those rules or our policies. We don’t guarantee that any app will be approved by a store.
8. Plans, billing & free tier
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. A free tier may be offered subject to limits we set and may change. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice. See the pricing page for current plans.
9. Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties (including Apple, Google, and payment and infrastructure providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that generated apps will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or accepted by any app store.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatLaunchApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the service or others. You can export your source before closing your account.
13. Changes to the service & terms
We may update the service and these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll provide notice. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
ChatLaunchApp is available to users worldwide. These Terms are governed by the laws of [the country where ChatLaunchApp is established - set at incorporation], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where your local law gives you mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms removes them. Questions? Email support@chatlaunch.app.
